This place is perfect for a quick, casual bite and offers fantastic deals. Even though it's always busy, we never have to wait for a table. The service is very efficient, and I love the excellent deals they offer! The sushi is fresh and delicious, and my partner can't get enough of the house-made noodles.

To go order. Nice atmosphere. Kind staff. Great music. Dan dan noodle...I ordered was good but I thought it was a hot dish. Lobster dumplings were amazing. It's my first time having them ever due to the fact that I cant find them in my state. Full of lobster and flavor. Soup dumplings were yummy. My kid ordered shrimp fried rice and he enjoyed it. I didn't eat any but too many carrots for me...again in Chicago we only get carrots in rice when you go to fast food spots like panda express but not restaurants. I would return again especially for dumplings.

Got their dan dan noodles during lunch and the noodles were perfectly chewy, the broth was packed with flavor, and the meat tasted great as well. Servers were incredibly friendly and the place felt pretty clean

We tried Xian sushi and were decently impressed! The prices are great and service is pretty quick. They have a great happy hour deal all day Monday-Friday which is awesome!! Spicy tuna roll for $5.50 is better than H-E-B prices and much fresher. I thought their sushi pie was really good and unique. I didn't love their specialty rolls but I did appreciate the spicy tuna roll and thought it was so good. We kinda went outside our comfort zone with the spicy potato and wontons but I'm excited to go back and try new things. Also very much gonna keep this place in mind for takeout sushi :)

Always a pleasure to grab a bite at Xian! I used to live in Mueller and I would come here all the time. Now I no longer live as close, but I frequently order takeout, and I am never disappointed! The service is speedy - I placed my takeout order and it was ready within 20 min. All the staff is extremely friendly, as well, and there is plenty of free parking available right outside the restaurant. The rolls and hand-pulled noodles are always delicious and extremely fresh! I love that they make everything in-house. When you dine-in, the place is clean, comfortable, and spacious with lots of booths and tables to choose from. Add Xian to your sushi list and check it out!

I was quite surprised to find a hand pulled noodle place in Mueller but it was a happy surprise. I brought my dad here, the noodle aficionado and he also just got back from China, and he even claimed that the Beef Hand-pulled Noodles were pretty decent. He noted they were missing the daikon radish, but the flavor and noodle were pretty good. I tried the sushi - also not bad. I got the Rock n' Roll, it was very filling. The combo of the roll was a nice balance of texture, I felt like it was missing a kick though. The service here was also good. Although we were confused because there was a qr code at each table to order from so that's how we ordered but later the waiter came by asking to take our order. Confusing. But anyways, good find!

This place is great if you want sushi without breaking the bank. Is it excellent quality? No. Will I return for happy hour anyway? Yes. Skip the spicy tuna/yellow tail rolls. They're a let down. We had the lobster dumplings which were tasty. The friend rice was also good. The prices remind me of the early 2000s and I'm here for it.

We came on a Friday evening around 8 PM--wasn't super busy. The space is smaller, but my party of five still sat comfortably. Would love to have given this restaurant five stars, however the service here was not very good. We were seated very quickly, but our table was not approached for almost ten minutes. Aside from our food being brought to us, we did not receive any attention whatsoever by a server--no one to ask us how we were enjoying our meal, no one to pick up our empty dishes to clear out the table, etc. it was very disappointing. The plus side was the food was wonderful. I had an Alaska Roll and the Tonkatsu Ramen. I loved both of my dishes. They tasted fresh, the pork in my ramen was so tender and the broth was so flavorful. I highly recommend it. The restaurant's all-day Happy Hour items are great--there are a variety of different sushi rolls listed at a very cheap price. Would definitely be back for the food, and hopefully those serving will be more attentive during the meal rather than just when we're getting ready to cash out.

This place is exactly what I need from a Chinese restaurant. Love the food and service. Will definitely come back again. I came on a Saturday evening. Got seated immediately, with menus and waters. We ordered the Red Braised Beef Noodle Soup and the Dan Dan Noodles. Both were delicious. The noodles are hand made. You can even see the chef in the back pulling the noodles himself. The noodle texture was good and consistent throughout. The one thing that could've been improved with the beef noodle soup is that the meat was a but tough. If I had to guess, it's because after it's done cooking, it stays in the broth until serving. Perhaps a better method is to remove the meat, and keep it in a warm, but not hot broth on the side. Add it to the soup when it's time to serve. The interior is kept clean. There are plenty of tables. This is a pretty solid option if you're craving Chinese noodles.
